Observe the rhythm of breath that creates awareness,The sensation of calmness arrives upon you.Start with your head. Raise your senses to the top and center of the crown. From there, take your senses and travel to the small area between your eyebrows, take note of what you feel. The subtle cooling air, passing through your nostrils, visualize it as a glowing white light, entering you and deep into your body.
